Shannon Behling is an HR Consultant based in the heart of Pueblo, Colorado, where she blends strategic insight with a deep commitment to people-first leadership. With 17 years of experience guiding organizations through the evolving landscape of human resources, Shannon is known for her thoughtful approach, sharp problem-solving skills, and unwavering dedication to fostering inclusive, thriving workplaces.

Shannon earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management with an emphasis in Human Resources. She then went on to earn a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Colorado State University of Pueblo’s Hasan School of Business.

Beyond her professional role, Shannon is a proud Pueblo native, married for 23 wonderful years with a beautiful daughter and a dachshund puppy, who adds a dash of mischief and a whole lot of love to daily life.

Shannon is active in her local community and values continuing her career and contributions with integrity as an advocate for the people of Pueblo. Shannon is a first-generation college graduate and is dedicated to advocating for equal opportunities in education and career options for generations to come. She is also an active supporter in the evolution of the Human Resources profession evolving to a “people focused” vision.
