Fred Galves, a partner at the Orona, Garcia & Galves law firm and a Pueblo native, officially launched his campaign for the Pueblo School District 60 Board of Education on July 14 in front of the Pueblo County Courthouse.
Galves, a graduate of Pueblo D60 and Harvard Law School, brings a background in both education and law. He has worked as a professor and attorney and is deeply committed to equity, access, and preparing students for the future.
During his announcement, Galves was joined by supporters including Pueblo City Councilor Dennis Flores and former D60 Superintendent Henry Roman, who both praised his leadership and dedication to the community.
